Recap and Results for Saratoga Opening Weekend

Real nice weekend at the Spa, especially after a Thursday that was just an alright start. Friday-Sunday picks were 63% at hitting the money. We finished the weekend at 57% in the money and delivered 23% Winners overall (20 of our 25 Winners came from our top 2 choices). 

Today, we overcame a tough start today after going 1 of 6 hitting the money in the opening two races of the day, a really strong rally here to get to the final totals we did. Still finished the day at 57% in the money and had 6 of our 7 Winners come from our top 2 choices. Our “First Picks” went 9 of 10 hitting the money and 4 grabbed the outright Win. Solid way to cap off opening weekend. 

The top of our card did very well today. Our “Most Likely Money” plays were 3 for 3 and all 3 were outright Wins! Always nice to see that. The “Best Values” of the day went 2 for 2 in the money with both finishing to a Show result, QUEENS EMBRACE closed at 9-1 and MILLS closed at 6-1. Lastly, the “live” ones at the top of the card. Our “Live Longshots” went 1 for 2 hitting the money. NOBLE THOUGHT closed at 25-1 and finished to a Show!
